Refunds & Returns

Thank you for shopping at La Maison Design. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please notify us immediately by email to info@lamaisondesign.ie.

• Items must be returned within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Please note we cannot accept returns after 7 days.
• We offer store credit, valid for one year. We do not offer refund or exchange.
• Please pack your item(s) in their original unused condition with all original packaging intact and suitable for resale.
• Return your order to La Maison Design, 21 St. Patrick’s Road, Dalkey, Co. Dublin, A96RY28, by tracked mail and retain proof of dispatch. Return costs are customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for items that go astray or get damaged during return delivery.
• Returns are not possible on products specifically ordered for customers or specifically made for customers, such as and not limited to, customised items, bespoke furniture/furnishings and sale or clearance items.
• Please note that quite a number of our pieces are ‘antique reproductions’ and have been deliberately and professionally distressed and aged for an authentic look. With this, comes imperfections and fading as part of the design process. These are deliberate effects to the styling of the furniture.
